Our story

Our story began in the year 2015 when we opened the discussions with HÜNNEBECK, the general contractor of the works of scaffolding, insulation, dyeing-sandblasting on the oil platform KAZMUNAYGAS (Rompetrol).

Following the discussions, we concluded a 1-year agreement, having 14 days available to be able to begin work, as a refit of the Refinery was to start, being the largest refit since the foundation of the integrated plant, to be carried out for a period of 4 months.

We formed a team of 10 workers and starting the scaffolding assembling-disassembling works. Approximately 1 month into the agreement period, due to our experience and earnestness, we were asked to enlarge the staffing and supply, if we had those, also industrial insulators.

6 weeks later we reached a number of 45 workers specialized in scaffolding, insulation and sandblasting. We completed successfully that project, maintained only 10 people for maintenance works and then began another project in the Chemical Integrated Plant Azomures. We were there for a period of approximately 6 months.

Increasing

ISO certifications

As we had to seek for new contracts, as HÜNNEBECK could not provide a continuity of works throughout the year, we submitted our corporate resumé at ROHRER SERVICII INDUSTRIALE at the beginning of 2016.

We were accepted, and therefore a new stage of our corporate growing started. We had to obtain ISO certification, as we were to work on the OMV PETROM platform.

There, the rules were entirely new and far stricter, from the personal equipment, which was supposed to be conform, to the documentation and files we had to execute within the safety part.

Our Evolution in Business

Investments

We hired an external company specialized in work safety and sent 2 of our workers at specialization training in work safety and protection.

Under the new contract, we had to invest in Machine Tools, Elevator Machines (extendable forklifts) as well as in omnibuses for the employers.

Since 2016 until the present, we have provided staff only to the ROHRER company, as we had had a work continuity throughout these 3 years.

We have raised our company from a turnover of EUR 150,000 in 2016 to a turnover of EUR 1,100,000 in 2018.

Currently we hold all the accreditations, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001, Vca1star, nen4400-2; we have collaboration agreement with companies in the country and abroad in order to qualify our staff and raise to the standards abroad.
